WOWSMMProvider.com – Rules & User Agreement

Important: This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and WOWSMMProvider.com ("WOWSMMProvider," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any part of our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these terms, do not access or use the Site or Services.

1. Definitions

  • “Services”: All social‑media marketing (SMM) reseller panels, APIs, dashboards, and related products or services that we provide.
  • “Order”: A request placed through the Site for delivery of a specific Service.
  • “Content”: Any information, text, data, graphics, photos, video, audio, code, or other materials uploaded, posted, or otherwise transmitted via the Services.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Services.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update it as necessary.

3. Use of the Services

  2. All Orders are subject to acceptance by WOWSMMProvider. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any Order for any reason.
  3. Service delivery speed, start time, and completion are estimates; actual performance may vary due to platform changes or other factors beyond our control.
  4. We make no representations or warranties that use of the Services will guarantee increased engagement, followers, or other results on any third‑party platform.

4. Payments & Pricing

  1. All prices are listed in the currency shown on the Site and are subject to change without notice.
  2. Payments must be made in full at the time an Order is placed. We currently accept the payment methods shown during checkout.
  3. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method you submit.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Completed Orders are non‑refundable.
  2. For partially delivered or failed Orders, you may request a refund or credit within 7 days of the Order date.
  3. Refunds are issued to your WOWSMMProvider balance unless otherwise agreed.
  4. Chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third‑party terms of service.
  • Create, distribute, or promote spam, fake engagement, or misleading content.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated methods except as expressly permitted.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of third parties.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer the Services except through approved reseller programs.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts, for violations of this section.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. The Site and all original content, features, and functionality are owned by or licensed to WOWSMMProvider and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  2. You retain all rights in Content you submit through the Services. By submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

8. Third‑Party Platforms

Our Services interact with third‑party social‑media platforms ("Platforms"), such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any Platform. Use of the Services must comply with each Platform’s terms and policies. We are not liable for any action taken by a Platform against your accounts.

10. Disclaimers

11. Indemnification

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Istanbul, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise this Agreement at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
